These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by INFUSEIV THERAPTY (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Infuse IV Therapy Services
Infuse IV Therapy clinics located in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) are owned and operated either directly byInfuse IV Therapy Limited or by authorised franchise partners (“Franchisees”). In Ireland, services are operated byInfuse IV Therapy unless otherwise stated on your receipt or booking confirmation.
Where services are delivered by franchisees, each franchisee is independently responsible for its own legal and regulatory compliance.
2. Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
- Failure to attend without notice, or cancellation within 24 hours, will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost, charged to the payment method on file.
We recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. Where reasonable explanations are provided, we may waive fees at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
3. Online Bookings (UK & Ireland)
For online bookings, clients must provide valid debit or credit card details to secure an appointment.
- Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Payment is taken on arrival at the clinic or, for mobile services, via advance invoice.
- All card data is stored securely using PCI-compliant payment systems.
Clients may remove stored card details at any time via their online account or by contacting our team.
4. Home & Office Visits
Home and office visits are subject to:
- A minimum spend, and
- An additional call-out fee, which varies by location.
Key conditions:
- Call-out fees must be paid at least 24 hours in advance, or at the time of booking if booked within 24 hours.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur a full appointment charge.
- Call-out fees are non-refundable, unless a medical consultation confirms ineligibility for IV therapy.
- Appointment times may vary by up to 2 hours due to traffic or external factors.
- Clients must be present, ready, and contactable at the scheduled time.
Each person receiving treatment must:
- Have their own email address, and
- Complete the required medical questionnaire at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Memberships
Memberships are single-user only, non-transferable, and renew automatically each month.
5.1 Discovery Membership – £99/month
Includes:
- 10 monthly credits for Longevity Services
- 30% off in-clinic services, IV therapies, packages, and retail
- 33% off Weight Loss Programme
5.2 Unlimited Membership – £299/month
Includes:
- 60 monthly credits (maximum allocation)
- Same discounts as Discovery Membership
- 1 Vitamin D blood test per month
- 1 Nutritionist consultation per month
Credits:
- Do not roll over
- Expire at the end of each monthly cycle
- Are valid only at selected participating clinics
6. Membership Purchase & Payment
- Memberships may be purchased online, via the app, or in-clinic
- Members must be 18 years or older
- A 3-month minimum commitment applies
- Memberships cannot be frozen or suspended
- Upgrades or downgrades reset the minimum commitment period
7. Membership Cancellation
To cancel a membership:
- Cancellation must be completed via your online account or by written email
- Notice must be given at least 14 days before the next billing date
Memberships are non-refundable.
8. Packages
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Sold per person and cannot be shared
- Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be deducted from the package
- Packages do not expire unless otherwise stated
9. Cryotherapy Membership
Cryotherapy Monthly Unlimited Membership (£600/month):
- Maximum of 1 session per day
- Automatically renews monthly
- No minimum commitment period
- Cancellation requires 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date
This membership is no longer available for new purchase as of August 2025.
10. Children & Pets Policy
- Children may not remain unaccompanied in reception areas
- Children are not permitted in treatment rooms
- Pets are not allowed, except registered service animals
11. Promotions & Discounts
- Limited to one per person
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Exclusions apply to packages, gift cards, testing, and memberships unless stated
12. Refer a Friend Programme
Eligible clients may receive referral credits subject to programme terms. Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are forfeited if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours
Programme terms may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion.
13. Loyalty Programme (Infuse IV Therapy Rewards)
Clients earn points on eligible spending, redeemable against services and products.
- Points expire 12 months from issue
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- Loyalty accounts are limited to one per individual
14. Gift Cards
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Subject to stated expiry dates
- Redeemable only in the country of issue
15. Feedback & Complaints
Complaints or feedback should be sent to:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 28 days.
16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where a client behaves in a rude, abusive, aggressive, or unsafe manner toward staff or other clients, or where proceeding would pose a clinical, legal, or safety risk.
16A. Clinical Consent & Acknowledgement
By booking or receiving any service, clients confirm that:
- All information provided in medical questionnaires is accurate and complete;
- They understand services offered are elective wellness services and not a substitute for GP, hospital, or emergency care;
- Final eligibility is subject to clinical screening and professional discretion;
- They consent to treatment following explanation of reasonably foreseeable risks, benefits, and alternatives.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any stage if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. We may amend, suspend, or withdraw website access or content at any time without liability.
Users must not misuse the website or reproduce content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
17A. Data Protection & GDPR
Infuse IV Therapy processes personal and health-related data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection laws.
Personal data is collected for booking, clinical screening, service delivery, and legal compliance purposes. Medical information is treated as special category data and handled with enhanced confidentiality.
Clients have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request deletion of their data, subject to legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
18. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business interruption, or decisions made by clients based on test results or wellness outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.
19. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, or system failures.
20. Modification of Services & Ingredients
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or adjust ingredients, dosages, or service components due to availability, clinical guidance, or operational necessity.
Such changes may be made without prior notice. By proceeding with services, clients acknowledge and accept this flexibility.
20A. Payments, Currency & International Transactions
Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency unless stated otherwise. International clients may be subject to foreign exchange fees or bank charges beyond our control.
We are not responsible for chargebacks arising from failure to comply with cancellation policies, attendance requirements, or membership terms clearly outlined in these Terms.
21. Governing Law & International Clients
These Terms and Conditions are governed primarily by the laws of Ireland. Where services are provided outside Ireland, or where international clients make bookings or payments, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the client’s country of residence may also apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection legislation. Irish courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where the client resides or where services are delivered.
22. Regulatory & Healthcare Compliance
Infuse IV Therapy operates in alignment with applicable Irish healthcare, safety, and professional standards, including guidance commonly applied within the Irish healthcare sector. While our services are wellness-focused and not a substitute for primary medical care, we apply clinically informed protocols, medical screening, and practitioner oversight consistent with best practice.
Clients acknowledge that IV therapy, injections, and longevity services are elective wellness services and may not be suitable for everyone. Final eligibility is determined following completion of a medical questionnaire and, where required, clinical assessment.
